You can order our books directly from the website by clicking the "Order" button on the pages describing each book. We accept payments by major credit cards and paypal. If you prefer, you can print out an order form and mail us a check.

Our books are also available from internet booksellers such as Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com, Powells.com, Amazon.co.uk, Chapters.ca and Amazon.ca.

Libraries can purchase our books through Ingram, Baker and Taylor, Yankee Book Peddler and other book jobbers, which gives the advantage of vendor discounts. Library that purchase ebooks can get our books in electronic form from ebrary, a leading vendor of ebooks for libraries.

Bookstores can get our books through Ingram or Baker and Taylor, or may contact us directly to arrange a drop-shipment and to negotiate a discount.
