We are currently seeking applications for anonymized peer reviewers to review chapters in the forthcoming book Platform Power and Libraries, an edited research monograph being published by Library Juice Press in 2024.

About the book

Building on research in critical library systems studies, Platform Power and Libraries aims to traverse the divide between library, communication, and cultural policy research in the realm of platform studies.  

About the call

To indicate your interest in being a peer reviewer for this work, please fill out and submit this form. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until Dec. 19, 2023. 

Those accepted will be asked to review a minimum of one and a maximum of seven scholarly manuscripts during the period of February 1 to June 30, 2024.

Those with a strong background in technical services, e-resources, and systems librarianship, library administration and negotiations, as well as broader areas of communication, media studies, sociology, technology, law and political science are particularly encouraged to apply.
